3. Quotes, Payments & Pricing
- All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time and may be revised if project requirements change.
- Payment terms (deposits, milestones, or full payment) will be agreed in writing before work starts.
- Prices for hardware (cameras, cabling, locks, networking equipment) may vary based on supplier availability and are confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or support until accounts are settled.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to premises or systems where required, and reasonable cooperation during installation, configuration, or support work. Delays caused by lack of access or information may affect project timelines.
5. Warranty & Support
Installed hardware is covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty where applicable. Workmanship on installations is covered for a period agreed at the time of service. Software and website support arrangements (one-time or ongoing) are set out separately in your service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Asmaa Tech Solutions will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, data, or profits, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
Custom software, websites, or designs created for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Asmaa Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work (excluding confidential or sensitive material) in our portfolio and marketing.
8. Privacy
Any personal or business information you share with us — including contact details submitted through this website, WhatsApp, phone, or email — is used only to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services, and is not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to fulfill a service (for example, a hardware supplier).
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to any minimum notice period agreed at the start of the engagement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
